The Toronto Star reported today that, under questioning from SGM’s Louis Sokolov, Deputy Chief Coroner Dr. Jim Cairns acknowledged that, with few exceptions, Dr. Charles Smith’s work was never reviewed by other pathologists and he was not adequately supervised.

Perry Dunlop, a former police officer, was found guilty of contempt of court for refusing to testify at the Inquiry.
