SGM often hires summer students to perform litigation support work similar to that of articling students. Preference is usually given to students who have completed the second year of law school and who have taken at least one course in labour relations, labour arbitration or an equivalent course.

SGM does not participate in the fall recruitment for summer positions. SGM posts its summer student positions on this page in January of each year. Applications are accepted during the time limes set out in the posting. Interviews are usually held in February. Watch this page for further information.
