Margaret Flynn is a member of SGM's labour law group. She joined the firm in 2008 after practising law at the Ontario Human Rights Commission and working as a law and policy analyst for the Centre for Land-Related, Regional and Development Law and Policy at the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
Margaret is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. She also holds a bachelor of arts degree in English and a bachelor of education degree from Queen's University. Prior to attending law school, Margaret worked as a school teacher in Aupaluk and Inukjuak, two Inuit communities in Canada's far north. Margaret remains a member in good standing of the Ontario College of Teachers.
Margaret was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006.
