Colleen practices in the areas of labour, human rights and administrative law. Prior to joining SGM after her call to the Bar in 2007, Colleen clerked for Madame Justice Rosalie Abella of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Colleen is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law where she received numerous academic awards, including the Sack Goldblatt Mitchell LLP prize for superior overall performance in labour, human rights and employment law courses and the George Ainslie Memorial Prize for having the highest cumulative grade point average over the entire LL.B. program. Colleen also holds an honours bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with high distinction.
Colleen is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
